I had my vehicle booked in for a tracker and change of audio system at 11am.
Would that suggest to you that it was a sit & wait appointment?
Miles away from home, rain pouring down and no coat, the man told me to return at 17.00
After a short discussion, that this had not been previously discussed, a man came flying out of the fitting area absolutely yelling that he was not prepared to lose a thousand pounds worth of work.
He has indeed lost the thousand pounds and I am now checking reviews for systems and fitters.
The tracker was not recommended by my insurance company & in fact they had never heard of it so I have a good feeling that I did the right thing in leaving them to it.
