Very polite and helpful customer service . Unlike most other companies laurence was very helpful but without the pressure selling and advised me correctly along with what was needed for the speaker and stereo upgrade to my focus st and my wife`s corsa sxi .I have recommend this company to other friends as i`m very impressed indeed and thank laurence again for his kind and friendly customer service .Neil
